As per the requirements of the clients, we are providing the customization services. For the customization requirements we prepare the scope of work, which includes is a flow chart & development process on the base of understanding with clients. After scope confirmation will process the proposal & finalization of development.

We have following ready modules with us. All the ready modules we have is ready to use from first day, as per our provided features & functionality

1. Document Management System

You can store your required soft copy in vouchers & account masters. Also you can view & print when you required.

2. Salesman Wise outstanding

You can create salesman master & in sales you can track the salesman name & accordingly salesman wise outstanding you can view.

3. Multi-Company Outstanding

If you are operating multi company in singly tally license & some of your parties are common in all company. SO using this module you can view the party wise company wise outstanding.

4. Vehicle Finance Module

You can maintain the information from disbursement of loan to repayment of loan i.e. party master along with all details, Auto Emi generation based on loan tenure, Finance entry, Interest on loan calculation, agent wise sales & outstanding, collection reports etc.

5. Product Wise profitability reports

Using this module you can trach the product wise profitability using last purchase cost.

6. Scanned Image on invoice

You can store digitally sign image in computer & same signature & stamps will print in invoice.

7. Housing society Module

Using this module you can maintain the complete working structure of housing society, i.e., member master, auto generation of maintenance bill, receipt, invoice print with receipt, member wise reports etc.

8. Scaffolding Module

Using this module you can maintain the products which are used for rental base, i.e., when material are sending for rental base, at the time of material in auto calculation of rented period, auto transport entry, invoice on the base of rented period, multiple MIS reports etc.

9. User Wise Log Report

Using this module you can view the user wise activity & modification reports of transaction & masters.

10. Plywood Module

You can use the formula of inventory on the base of feet to cubic feet, feet to sq ft, mtr to cubic mtr, mtr to sq mtr. At the time of purchase/sales/debit note & credit note auto calculation have provided.
